What is spirituality? A student in this course in 2014, Melody Sun, made this 10-minute video to express some of her thoughts and experiences while taking this course. The video explores how to find a balance between our spiritual world and our material needs, the changes in our perceptions of life, self-discovery, and connecting with others:

In this video made by Li Ho Long, a student in this course in 2014, we learn about his understanding and practice of spirituality within the framework of the Catholic religion. We learn how Catholic doctrine provides very explicit explanations of that "something", how we should connect with it and how that connection would change our life. He also reflects on how people with different religious identities can engage in dialogue in order to live together with harmony and mutual understanding.
